Regrettably, once you’ve placed an order on our website, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. We are also unable to offer returns and refunds. However, if you received an incorrect order, kindly get in touch with us at info@skinelemento.com and we will send the correct order to you as soon as possible!

Broken Package
We take it upon ourselves to ensure your package arrives safely, so we will replace any items that arrived damaged in transit. Please email us at info@skinelemento.com as soon as you receive your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged package. Please also file a claim with the delivery company as they are responsible for the damage.
